Our Cyclones feature a strong steel structure, we are generous with the thickness of steel that we use, for strength is our top priority.  Global warming has changed the worlds climate including the winds.  An all steel structure meets the new challenges that face wind generators caused by global warming.

All of the steel parts are hot dipped galvanized for years of rust protection.

  Our tail arm support system is a total of 16 bolts.  The tail arm flange bolts directly to the steel body and three braces are included to give maximum support in all possible movement directions.  This makes our tail end rigid and able to handle cross winds and turbulence.

  All of our models are cable twist (no slip rings), this making the Cyclone dependable and increase the output as there is no loss of power through the slip ring contacts.  We use UL/CSA approved cable grips on all models.

 All generators feature neodymium magnet rotors and SKF brand bearings.  All generators are 3 phase AC output.

 With our moving tail fin it allows momentary side winds and gust to pass by the wind generator and allows the Cyclone to continue production without interruption.  In full wind, if the wind direction changes the tail fin turns the Cyclone back into the wind for production.
